When they arrived they were compassionate and remained so throughout the entire process. Words cannot express how pleased our entire family were with the owner Mr. Butts, and his entire staff. They were all extremely professional. Mr. Butts met our needs accordingly. The Memorial Chapel is very nice and every guest that came to pay their respects were warmly greeted by the staff.
