This place doesnt understand how emotional taxing losing a loved one is . Not only were they late to the service by nearly an hour, but it has been over two months and they still have not placed the headstone for my loved one. This is a time of emotional vulnerability and they seem to take advantage of that. They were one of the more inexpensive places that quoted me but If I were to do it again, then I'd pay a little extra and not have to worry about and stress about things that you have paid them to take care of. The planning is very unorganized, and unprofessional.
